The PC Shop Jamaica was fighting to manage it's 6 POTS lines in order stay in touch. The inability to actively manage calls, communicate internally as well as leverage key customer retention strategies (music on hold, time based IVR, unified messaging, etc...) was affecting their ability to grow. Neoport assisted them in bringing their communication foundation into the 21st century by deploying a state of the art IP PBX solution based on the open source platform Asterisk. Now the office leverages the platform to provide a slew of features that they needed as well as a few new ones that they wanted.
